FINALLY after 10 long months of waiting one of my (two) Silkie hens has started laying!! (I hatched them out in Feburary) I have her and another hen in with one of my Silkie roos. She started last week and has only missed one day! She laid 6 days out of 7! WOOT! I hope the other one starts soon too. I plan to set the eggs (along with some others) in the incubator today. I am so excited!!
