yes I am pretty sure... a chicken will stick its whole beak in the ground and scrape its beak across dirt, sand, mud, or any other surface... The chicken may have dirt in its nose and that may be the reason the chick is sneezing but it may not be as well... either way the dirt will not harm your chick eventually it will come out... as far as the sneezing part, there are many reasons why chickens sneeze just like there are for humans and other animals!
