ok so we are moving to 17 acres and my ladies will have 1 acre for themselves ( there is 48 chicken) but here is my questions
    1. they will have a 5 ft fence around them so should I clip their wings to keep them in there ?
    2. Should I vaccinate them since I sell the eggs ?
I average 24 or more eggs a day so I sell them and have alot of demand for them but never vaccinated my ladies except when I first bought them. Is there some kind of precautions I have to take I would love to get more chickens and I dont want to get anybody sick of there eggs.
I clean their coop everyday so they might be the cleanest chickens around lol

I'm not very up on vaccinations, cause I don't use them. But I don't think the diseases you vacc against are transmitted from bird to human via egg. I think the only thing to worry about from an egg is salmonella, not so much a worry in a clean, well-fed free-range flock. I sell eggs and my hens aren't vaccinated.
