Year round Fertile eggs??

Hey all,
just wondering if you Ducks and Chickens lay fertile eggs year round? I live in Australia so the winters are not that brutal.

Chickens can definitely, my Ducks take a couple months off. Chickens and Ducks don't lay the best when they molt once a year though.

Chickens yes. Ducks and geese no. They have an actually laying season then typically quit for awhile.
