Well yesterday when I was walking to the chicks, i felt a discomfort in my neck. when i was putting them in, it became severe pain when i turned my neck to the right. I ran into the human house and my dad got me to the doctor. Severe muscle spasm in my neck, and a rock hard stiff muscle going from my right side of my face to my shoulder.

    ouch.

I'm holding a warm Ziplock bag in a bigger bag against my neck to cool the pain.

    any home remedies?

I think you might need to see a chiropractor.

Instead of the ziplock bag take an old sock and put some white rice in it. Tie it off an put if in microwave for 1-2 minutes drape that around your neck shear heaven when it hurts.
