yellow comb

I have three, four week old rhode island red chicks. one of them has a yellow comb and wattles. The other two have the red. I have researched and everything says they should be red. I put acv in their water once a week and they have diatamacious earth & dirt for their dirt bath. The articles I read say if they don't have red combs that there is something wrong. does anyone know what the matter is?

Perhaps you have a pullet and two cockerels… could you post pics?

Remove the acv and Diotomaeceous Earth. It's bad for birds
The red comb means you have cockerels, yellow os the pullet.

My guess is that you have two boys and one girl. Four weeks is a little early to tell sex for sure but some photos showing the combs and wattles could help.
