It smells the same. But the reason I checked her out is because she woke up this morning with a small crop, put liquid filled.
I do have Nystatin. I bathed her, out monistat on her bum.

That link is for powdered Nystatin but I have liquid. Help with dosage on that?

Do I need to seperate her from the flock?
 
I don’t like to separate chickens from the flock unless they are being picked on. It is just too hard to reintegrate them after pecking order changes. You could medicate her early morning when she is still on the roost, and again at dusk when she is back on. I would recommend some probiotics in her diet.
 
I am not convinced that she has anything contagious. If she is getting vent gleet it may be early. Usually vent gleet causes a raw red vent with huge feather loss, dripping urates which cause burning, and a very bad odor. It is up to you if she needs to be separated, but I would not.
