Yellow face, what does it mean?

Got some new chicks and their faces have turned yellow. They don't appear to be sick. Is this normal or something to watch out for?
 
Some chicken breeds naturally have yellow faces. It really depends on the breed. We would have to get a picture of the chick to help.
