I dont want to misguide you incase your chickens do have some underlying health issues that are in their infancy.. but when these poops first ever appeared in my flock is when I tried Producers Pride mini pellets from TSC.
The poops were stinky and foamy, and they started as soon as I began using that feed. When I switched feed to Purina they stopped. Now I use a few different brands but mainly Tuckers, it makes the foamy poop but not as bad as Producers Pride. Maybe your new bag just has a little more corn than usual, if the chickens stay healthy then I personally wouldnt stress too much over some foamy poops
