Yellow liquid leaking from pip

It's day 28 and the duckling has pipped on wrong end and has yellow liquid leaking out (I think it's the yolk?)
I can see it's beak still moving and is still pushing...

Should I be assisting?
Is its chances of hatching low now?

Yeah that's not good. It can aspirate on that. If it was mine I'd be assisting.
