Is her crop emptying overnight?

Her crop was empty this morning. Could feel her keel bone more than I would like.
It also felt pretty much empty last night. Her eating tapered off throughout yesterday. Normally I mash boiled egg yoke into her crumble and she chows down. I didn't have to refill much yesterday.
Her breathing appears worse at night when she’s laying down. Her whole body moving with each breath. I rubbed VetRx as best I could into her nostrils last night.
I also checked inside her mouth for any growths blocking anything and didn’t notice anything. Still have vitamins and electrolytes in water.
