Yellow poop

Sorry for the photo, I’m noticing this all over my run. All adult hens. Is it cecal?

Looks cecal to me, although I have also gotten yellow poop from hens with septic egg yolk peritonitis. Then again it's not usually as "foamy" looking, so I think it is just cecal.
