Yellow poop?

One of my chickens has yellow poop. It is either my Jersey giant cockeral or my Polish pullet. Is this bad? They free-range a few hours a day and i feed them plenty of treats. I noticed it a couple weeks ago and then it went away, and I noticed it again today. Is it the treats I'm feeding them or is it a disease? Thank you!
