Yellow Spots on Comb

My 4 month old brown leghorn has started to get these yellow spots. Im very worried. could this be fowl pox? what can I do to get rid of them please and thank you

Have you noticed other birds picking at the comb?
Is the bird eating/drinking and acting normal?

It may be Fowl Pox, if it is, then leave the scabs and lesions alone. Fowl Pox will generally resolve on it's own over the course of several weeks.

My other chickens havnt been pecking her and shes been acting normal ever since. ill just wait until it goes away.
