yellow stuff oozing from one pipped egg

my concerns are what is the chance this chick is still alive and two I have chicks already hatched in there and I don't want them getting sick from what ever that is! what do I do wait it out? or get the hatched ones out and into brooder box? I have a couple more that are pipping right now as well!!!! agh I don't know what to do!

I would just take out the one egg oozing from that egg and just keep it moist and warm to see if it hatches and is ok or you could just let nature take its corse
