Yes!!!!! First one hatched. Help

Our first one just hatched. It is about 101 temp and 80

% humidity. How long do I leave the chick in the incubator? Just until he is dry or longer. Will opening the incubator to get him out harm the other eggs. First time please give all advice you have. Thanks

DON'T open your bator until the hatch is done, preferably! They need to be completely dry before you remove them, and the chirping will encourage the others to hatch! GOOD LUCK! Make sure to post pics! What are you hatching?
