Just started with peaches this last year but excited and want to learn more kinda having to do this by ourselves since canning isn't something my mom did when I was growing up. DH2B's mom taught us the peaches. But I am fairly clueless about how to do anything else. This was our second year with a garden and I've been freezing tomatoes and zucchinis all summer. Hope I'm doing it okay but just trying to follow instructions that I heard once. we have strawberries although they haven't produced yet(BC our Dane ate every one we planted last year) and we planted blueberries this year. We also have black raspberries. Hoping to get some apple trees next year maybe.

Have you ever thought about trying foraged foods?
