Looks like a girl to me.
Though, they can sometimes be very hard to tell. This is because breeders try to get smaller combs to breed bigger, fuller crests, and wattles "Very small and concealed by beard" according to the APA standard of perfection. And those two things are the only telltale signs of a male white-feathered breed (until they crow and/or mate)
Looks like a walnut comb to me (the right kind)
