Must be the year of the rooster.....LOL, been hatching lots of em here too!!

My very first hatch was in March.I'm trying to talk my allergic father into letting me do it again.I was hopng for pullets so that the woman we gave them to could get lots of eggs.Zippo.At least 7 cocks.Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh!

I swear it's the same way with my goats some years I get mostly bucks.....friends always call them "buck years". I'm good on the goats this year, it's the chickens, I've hatched out 40+ black cochins this year 75% have been boys! Maybe next year it will be "year of the pullets" for both of us.....woot!
