Almost positive it's a girl but the redness has me suspicious no comb is visible.

I have an EE with a comb that's not really visible either, but is a bit redder than the others. I'm thinking yours and mine are both pullets. Mine also happens to be towards the top of the pecking order, so maybe hormones are making it reddish?
