Yew berries and Laburnham seeds

My chickens have been eating Yew berries which had blown off the tree recently and when we eat their eggs, the yolks are bright orange (almost red). Whilst we have been eating these orange eggs, I was conserned that some of the Yew berry toxins might be passed on to my family by eating the eggs.
Also, they may have eaten some Leburnham seeds which I know can be fatal but having tried to cut lots of the tree down, they may still have eaten some.
Any advice would be helpful please.
