Yippee!!!! Six for six first time!!!!!!

I have six black Australorps (23 weeks old) that I got my first egg from on July 24th. Today I got six for the first time!!!!!

I have gotten five eggs twice, but thought the smallest pullet, lowest on the pecking order, would be a while yet, since her comb and wattles only turned red about a month ago and are still pretty small.

I had just gotten back from a run to Countryside Organics for feed, and had I known that I would find six eggs in the nest box when I got back, I would have gotten them some kind of wonderful treat!!!!!

Getting six for six was as exciting as getting that first egg!!!
