Yippppeeeee 1st egg...now 4th, and lots of questions

please see my thread from Saturday. Not urgent questions, all is well, but I do have some questions about these first few eggs. Also, I think I've read that you don't necessarily eat the first few eggs, at least until they've been laying for a week or so, is that correct?

There is no logical reason to not eat first eggs.
