Hi, everyone! I just joined the forum. We have been raising layers on our farm in the Kootenays for the past 7 years.
We live in a tiny community in the West Kootenay mountains of B.C. So far, our chicken journey has gone well. Sort of!
Our flock has been destroyed a couple of times by predators, but we have learned from our mistakes and now have a beautiful
and safe home for our birds. Now we have a few questions that I know some of you will be able to help us with, and I will post these
questions in the appropriate section. Thanks in advace for your help!

Hi Rob! We are looking at a property in Ymir tomorrow! The zoning says residential low density but it’s a property .16 of an acre. Any insight on the ability to keep chickens ?
