Yolk coming from vent

I have 3 new silkies. I just got them Thursday. One of them won't walk. She only drinks when it's offered and refuses to eat. We thought she was eggbound. I checked her internally and did feel anything. We did and Epsom salt bath yesterday and today. She seems to have yolk coming out of her. What do I do?

There could be a broken egg in her. I've never dealt with this personaly, but here's some info for broken eggs.
