I have noticed lately that the yolks on my eggs break easliy when they are cooking in the pan. I have also had a customer mention this as well. Has anybody ever had this issue?

They are fed layer crumble , get kitchen scraps almost every morning, and now that the yard has greened up, my girls free range a few times a week.

Any thoughts??

Personally, I have always had the opposite experience - our hens' yolks are very firm, almost to the point of being hard to scramble. We always given them organic feed, plus raw ACV in their water, and probiotics once or twice a week. They free-range for 6 hours a day, and they have access to oyster shell all the time.
