When you put chickens on grass for the first time, how long will it take to turn the yolks to more of an orange color?

I don't think anyone has that answer. My guess would be a few days, but it's just a guess.

Just depends on how much food they consume outside of their normal feed. The more vegetation and bugs they solely eat the darker the yolks will turn.

Save some eggs, then put them out on the grass, then take pics a week later for comparison?
