Yosoo incubator?

I have been using a Yosoo incubator. It works fine but came with TERRIBLE instructions! What we can't figure out is the water it says to add water every 4 days and to keep the humidity on 55. The problems is it doesn't say how much water to put in i ended up adding water every few hours! It would be on 45 then i would add a small amount of water then it would go up to 70! How much water should i add and how often? Thanks

I run 40 to 45 first 18 days.. 70 last 3..
First 18 days I don't use the water wells ..I use a small pill bottle set in there.. if humidity too high I can put a piece of tape over part of bottle. .
I'm not familiar with your incubator so I guess depends on if you have room..
55 usally too high I think.. so let it go down. . Just my 2 cents

The best way to figure out what you need for humidity is not by some number thrown at you, but by your air cell growth or weighing eggs. I use air cell growth. I am unfamiliar with your incubator, but most table top incubators do better with low humidity incubations days 1-17. (With exceptions of course.) Providing the hatcher is not in a high altitude or in the Sahara dessert.

I run dry whenever possible, (as long as my incubator maintains above 25%). I prefer 30% the first 17 days. If I need more moisture in the bator because it's too dry, I add a wet sponge and it usually holds it at about 30%.

Most everyone I know that hatches in cabinet incubators run 50%+

Personally unless my air cells were telling me differently, I would never run above 40/45% (45% is pushing it) for any length of time during the first 17 days.
