7, plus 7 more within the following weeks

2. What breed were they?
The first 7 were mixes (and only one was a hen -.- ) and the next 7 were five Easter-Eggers, one Rhode Island red, and one Australorp

3. How many total chickens do you currently have?
41

4. How many breeds do you have now?
Easter-Eggers, Rhodies, Red Sexlinks, Wyandottes, Sebrights, a mixed hen and an unknown hen, Barred Rocks, a Delaware-looking rooster, and a mixed rooster... about 8, not including the mixes.

5. How long did it take you to accumulate them?
6 or 7 years, with 8-12 new chicks per year.

6. And what in the world were you thinking?
'Oh my gosh I have always wanted chickens', followed later by 'let's try this breed next'.

6. And what in the world were you thinking? i liked birds and i always wanted owning them
