You know it's a bad day when...

How about when you get off work at 5:30 AM stop for gas on the way home and go to start the truck and nothing I mean nothing happens. Call all DSs 2 of which work for a road service company. No answers from any of them. Joined AAA last week call them they send a tow truck (takes 30 mins to get there) give us a jump. The guy changed the battier clamps. Then tells us to let the truck run for a hour before we turn it off and it should be fine. We are 1 mile from home so go ride around to garage sales for alittle bit go home. Take shower get to bed about 9. Dogs need to go out about 12. Check truck all the inside lights and the cargo light are on truck wont start. Thinking a door got left open a little. Check all doors while doing this the lights go off. Good put battier charger on truck. eat ceral think about going back to bed to late need to cook chicken and dumplings then eat. By then it is 3:30 or so time to take another bath (I love this heat) and get ready to go back to work have to leave at 4:45 for 12 hours shift. Oh yeah the AC in the other car is not working and it is 105 degrees today. I think we had a bad day today. Get to work 12 hours on 3 and half hours sleep.

Now did the truck brake down because it knew we joined AAA and it got it's feelings hurt because it thought we doubted it's working ablility

You know it's a bad day when you make a list of things to do and do none of them.

You know it's a bad day when you need to buy things and having no money you use a credit card anyway.Spend now worry later.

You know it is a bad day when you go to the library and realise you only renewed YOUR stuff, and not renewing the kids loaned material has resulted in a HUGE fine that they will not dismiss.

That was all yesterday.Today is the start of another day and it will be a better day even if I don't get to that list of chores, lol.

You know it's a bad day when you pick up your schoolbooks and then decide "I don't want to do school today".

It's either torrid or raining and occasionally torrid AND raining. Took the better part of six hours to get two hours worth of filling waterers and feeders done yesterday because of the hit and run rain and had to change clothes middway through for being soaked. I hate August.

You know its a bad day when you get up to do chores and find the pasture empty and the barn door open. It's amazing how big a mess 3 miniature horses can make. They don't LIKE catfood and sunflower seeds, but they can spread it all over the place quite thoroughly.

You know it's a bad when the night before, you turned on your fan (it's HOT out) and pop a Bendadryl to avoid the allergies that are sure to be induced by the fan. Yet you wake up stuffy, unable to breathe. Still have to change the chicks bedding and whatnot and go into work trying to look somewhat presentable because (I conveniently forgot) we have board meetings all day and I can't keep my head up to save my life. Darn allergies are so exhausting and have the ability to ruin an ENTIRE day. I wanna go back to bed!!
