When you have to call in professionals and they send 10 people!!

We had a soot incident. The entire house is covered in soot. So now not only is it cluttered - its sooty.

They did send a team of ten people. The problem? They pick everything up and clean it then put it exactly back where it was. So it's clean but still a mess!
