when i was growin up ma always made cakes as big as the largest plate...all fluffy and good.

I remember spendin the night at a friends house and her mom puts 3 female petite palm size flat cakes in front of me... I just remember lookin down...thinkin...You call that a pancake?

I do remember her laughing.
