Lol. I learned this maneuver when I took a skiing class once, long ago and far away. Get on your hands and knees. Put your feet where your knees are, or at least one if that's all you can manage. Now hoist your butt up in the air. If you can get hold of something with your hands, like the couch (in class it was the ski poles) or your spouse or even a willing dog, the rest should be pretty easy. Not the tree.
