the HR guy starts bringing your chickens treats to work so you can take them to the girls.

Today I was gifted by the HR guy at work 2 grocery bags of corn on the cob.

He was asking me about raising chickens so I directed him to come check out BYC.
He wants to have chickens but needs to convince the wife.

LOL I hope he catches chicken math.

All I've converted is hubby. We went out to eat a few weeks ago, and there wasn't enough left for me to worry about taking it home for us. He proceeds to ask for a to go box anyway, and told me he was taking it home for the chickens, lol. He also now lines up with the kids when it's time to feed the ducks peas.

the neighbors bring the leftover stuff from their canning projects... Tomato tops, skins. Pear reject pieces. and so on and so on.

Don't you love it, we work from home so all (both) of our employees bring in treats for the girls. The one even decorated a coolwhip tub with a picture of a chicken on it!

I'm the HR person and everyone brings me leftovers from the weekend or from that day's lunch or new snacks that they purchased at the store and didn't like. My chickens get to try all of the new snack on the market.

For some reason, I always get asked if I need any of the left over boxes (brooder boxes) or wrap or other shipping things for my animals.
