Protein boost! They eat bugs, worms, snakes, lizards.... why not venison?

We give ours meat too, the only thing I wouldn't do is let it sit in there too long (If they don't pick it clean today/tomorrow get rid of it) since decaying meat can also attrack some unwanted four-legged carnivores that might be just out of eyesight (and buzzards). But no need to waste, I feel you! I'm sure they're liking it, too.

Once the sun set, I removed it from the coop and put it back in the cooler.

I'll put it back in, either before I go to work this morning, or when I come home for lunch.
