You people on BYC are some of the most patient, helpful, dedicated people in the world. I have read thread after thread of some of this silliest, clueless, unintelligible questions I’ve ever seen (some may have even come from me), and you people give reasonable, easy to understand responses. As I read some of the questions, it is clear to me that some people simply do not need to be raising chicks. But you are dedicated to making them out to be well educated, responsible chickenkeepers. I’m not an elitist and don’t mean to talk down on some people and their ability to understand, it is a testament to who you are and I thank you. You guys are great and I pray you continue to do what you do for a long time. I don’t know how to tag people, if you do, please tag those who have helped you along the way. For me, @aart and @rosemarythyme come to mind. But there are so many others. Please keep up the good work. You are a Godsend!

I clicked into this expecting one of those 'You guys are so rude, you never helped me with anything" and you look at their past threads and it's like 'how do i make my chickens lay eggs every day ' or 'how do I make a chicken broody' and they're just not getting the answer they want to hear

Agreed! This is the most helpful place I’ve found to learn and get my questions answered. I’ve spent countless hours reading and soaking up as much knowledge as I possibly can.
