Gross, gross, gross! For those of us that have opened an egg after a hatch, and have seen a chick that stopped developing at that stage...they look disgusting! It just screams INEDIBLE! Maybe if someone was starving, they would eat anything...but to willingly eat that...I'd think you would require an iron stomach. Blick. I bet Andrew Zimmern has tried them...check his website!

They are a delicacy in the Phillipines.
