Young Bantam Limping, broke or sprained?

Is there a way to tell if its a break or strain. She is eating and drinking but limping, kind of dragging leg behind her but could get it into place but no weight could be put on it. These are out first chickens, she's under the coop her friends locked in coop (the coop is fenced in).I didn't want to hurt her more by trying to catch her. I left a cat carrier under coop if a critter comes by to hide in.

Time will tell and she needs rest... just leave her be for a while.
