We just got chicks and noticed one of them has a single toe that is bent inwards. The rest seem normal. The chick is 3-5 days old. Seems happy and healthy otherwise

Should we be worried? I’ve read curled toes can be a riboflavin deficiency. Should we supplement? Maybe tape up the foot and give it sandals?

If this chick is from your own hens, what are you feeding the hens?

Does the toe straighten at all? Don't put more than very little pressure on it but does that joint move at all?
