Young chick head injurie

Help what I do. She has been under our broody hen we had them separated but this little one found a way in with the big girls. Luckily mom is Souter chicken a broken threw and rescued her
What should I do

Please I don't know what to do should I just leave it be because it is not actively bleeding

I would just put some antibiotics on it. Try to keep her separated from others so they will not peck at it. Hope she will get better.

Neosporin or Something else? Thank you for your help

Do you have any BluKote or betadine? Those would coat and hide the wound. Neosporin would be fine.
