My chicken is about 6 month old and had been laying eggs for about a month. About 2 weeks ago, he stopped laying eggs, has not had much interest in food or water, isn't pooping very much, and just seems not right. It is cold up here in the mid-west right now, but the other, similar aged chickens seem to have no issues. We have quarantined the chicken in our 60-degree shop for the past few days with a makeshift enclosure, regular pine shaving bedding, food, water, nesting box, perch. We have given her several warm baths. I was worried she was egg bound, but from reading, I don't think she would have made it 2 weeks if that was the case, tell me what you think though. Please, any help or ideas are greatly appreciated. Also, I have called all the vets in town, but none deal with chickens.
Thanks in advance.

Is she moulting?
What food are you giving her, does she have access to oyster shell?

Hi,
Have you ever de wormed her? How does the poop look even though there isn't much of it?

How does her crop feel? If she's not eating much it should be mostly empty and small.

Have you tried some good treats to get her to eat? Scrambled egg is usually a winner.

We have tried the treats and the scrambled egg. She wasn't super interested though. As far as deworming we have not done it yet, as we figure she was still young.

We feed a layer mix food and supplement with black oil sunflower seeds and boon worms. I also always have egg shells free choice.

Can you post photos of your pullet and her poop?

I'd check her over for lice/mites, make sure the crop is emptying overnight.

She was actively laying, then stopped, not pooping much. I'd consider giving her Extra Calcium for 5 days to see if that helps too.
Give 1 Calcium Citrate+D3 tablet once daily.

Is she able to eat/drink on her own? You mention a layer mix, is this a loose blend of feed or pellet?
Sometimes birds will pick out the things that taste best and leave the rest if it's a loose type feed, this could lead to some nutritional deficiencies.
