One of my young polish chickens is not able to stay up on its feet, it iust falls over. It will put weight on its feet if i put my hand under its chest but if i let it go, it takes a few steps & then falls of on its side. It was totally fine yesterday, i checked for injury, no injury. Poop is normal. Its alert, eating and drinking. Seems totally normal besides the loss of balance.

How old is it? It needs to be placed in a basket, crate , or chicken sling close to food and water, so it doesn’t become dehydrated and weak. Look for any signs of an injury. Is it moving it’s toes and feet? Any swelling of the legs or feet? How do the ears look? Any swelling there? I would offer some chicken vitamins with electrolytes for a few days. Here in post 3 are some pics of chicken slings:

Age? Mareks comes to mind. Other things like head injuries and botulism will cause walking problems too.
It’s about 5 months old. I checked for any visible wounds and there were none. All the other chickens are fine and this one isn’t even the smallest of the flock so I don’t think anyone was picking on him.

About 5 months, I put it in a box with a towel, food and water. No signs of injury. Nothing is swollen. Still moving feet legs and toes. It’ll stand up if you hold your hand under its chest but if you move your hand, it falls forward. No swelling in the ears

Does it have a vaulted skull? Polish are flighty birds that can sometimes fly into things causing brain injuries.

I would wait and see how it goes. Definitely keep it separately, but within sight of the flock. You definitely can try the sling as @Eggcessive recommended, and the vitamins.
