Young chicken with bloody bottom, no feathers

My 6 month old chicken (one of 22) has a large scab (maybe... it's so strange looking I can't describe what I'm looking at) and all the feathers under her tail/vent are all gone. I just came home from a 3 day trip and someone else was watching them, so I don't know how long this has been going on. I was told there was a bloody egg yesterday. I gave her a warm bath and checked her out, sprayed peroxide on. She seems fine otherwise, but when I put her in the coop (she's separated from the others) she started pulling out feathers between her legs. Should she rejoin the coop..? Any ideas about what this might be? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to BYC. I'm sorry but I really can't see your picture. Could you repost another one that is larger, perhaps using the medium size setting? What I would like to see is if her vent could be prolapsed, and that is why they pecked her. Peroxide can be a little itchy if it gets on another body part. Could it have gotten on her legs? It sounds like she was pecked by the other chickens which can happen with boredom, too little room in the coop, or from a lack of protein in the feed. I would cage her back in the coop with food and water. BluKote is good for spraying the vent to hide the red from pecking if you can't separate her. Plain Neosporin ointment or Vetericyn spray would be good to treat the wound if you can separate her for a few days to heal.Is she low in the pecking order? My goodness, that looks strange. Its almost like her bottom was scalded or frostbitten. She probably was pecked but it looks so widespread. Her bottom or lower abdomen looks a bit puffy. What state or area do you live in? Are you having cold winter temperatures? I would probably treat this like a burn. If you have a vet that could prescribe Silvadene ointment, that would be excellent. If not, then use plain antibiotic ointment or Vetericyn. Keep us updated on her condition.

X's 2, you could also try blue kote to try and disguise the area to prevent further pecking.
