Young chicken with twisted leg!

I need help! One of my young chickens has a twisted leg. I've noticed this problem about a week ago and wanted to do something about it, but my father told me it was best to leave him alone, to not cause more damage. And now its worse then before, and i can even see some swelling to.
I've looked on the internet for what it cloud be, but we cant seem to figure it out.We were also thinking of taking him to a vet, even tough we don't have really great veterinarians around our home.
Can anyone at least help me diagnose him?

That looks like a leg bone deformity called varus deformity which can affect one leg or both. The leg appears bowed out. It is not treatable with splinting or other measures. I would leave it alone, and make sure that he can get enough food and water. Watch for any bullying. Scroll down to pictures in the article below to see pictures of varus or valgus deformity:

It cloud be it. But from what I've seen this deformity affects broiler chickens. And my chicken is a naked-neck ( a rooster i think). He is 3 weeks old and about 490 grams in weight. Plus the bone doesn't really seem to be bent like the broiler, I am almost sure the problem is the joints. But who knows i might be wrong.
