Young chickens dying suddenly

Well my Tractor Supply is out of Corid and they don't know when they'll be getting it (thanks a lot TS), so I'm looking for another feed supply store nearby that might have it. In the meantime, I cleaned the coop up a bit and added a tiny bit of Oxine and apple cider vinegar to the girls' water (I don't know if this will help, but it's all I've got right now). My remaining girls seem to be doing fine so far. I need to get this all worked out because I'm going to be getting a bunch of new pullets soon...Once I get my hands on some Corid, would it be worthwhile to keep treating the water for awhile after the new pullets arrive?

You do not want to treat if there are not symptoms. Once the 5 day treatment is done, you are finished. Wait to see if the new pullets exhibit any symptoms.
