Hi everyone ,I hope you can all help me : ) I have 6 red sex links that we have raised from days old . They are now 18 weeks old and we are regularly getting 3 eggs a day , today I went to check on them and I noticed the remains of a shell less egg , I think the birds may have eaten some of it ! I know that shell Less eggs are expected when they first start laying ,but is it going to cause any problems if they eat them ??
Thank you so much : )

( I try hard to clean up all the egg,so I don't get an "egg-eater" in the flock...some hens really start to like the taste of eggs.who can blame them farm fresh eggs are great

..lol. I wouldn't worry too much about it... just clean it up as fast and as well as you can.... and enjoy your chickens....welcome)

Thanks for all the advice, lets hope it was a one off : )
