young chickens slow and falling down, please help

yes, it is their only source of water. Their waterer holds about one quart of water so I'm using half a tsp of liquid corid. I am changing it every day, and I had also added electrolytes to their water. Is it bad for those to mix? thank you for all the help

Don't mix anything else into the water - just the Corid.
