Young cockeral cant walk

My young serama cockeral is having trouble walking his legs are not working properly and his beak is slightly open he is eating I put him at the bowl he is with his mother. He IA app 3 mos old.

Was he walking alright before or has he always struggled? Is his beak open because of hot weather, or is he having difficulty breathing? More information needed.

He was fine noticed this last night when I fed ,he seems to keep his beak more closed now I just got him and checked to see if he needed water ! his beak is full only one leg effected .and no signs of difficulty in breathing!
