I have a duck who keeps falling on its back and cannot flip itself over. I have it quarantined currently. With all the research I have done, I am under the impression that it won't get better. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear about your duck.

Could you post a video of her falling onto her back? TO post a video, upload it to a video platform like Youtube or Vimeo, and copy/paste the link here.

How old is she? What kind of substrate is she being kept on? What is she being fed? Is she eating, and drinking? Are there any other symptoms? When did this start?

She has straw for bedding. She is about 5 weeks old. Today she has refused to eat much of anything and has not drank much water. She stands up and pretty much throws herself on her back and can't flip back over. She is now to the point she is unable to stand or walk or even just lay still on her belly. She seems like she has trimmers as well. I just washed her up again and feels like she is burning up.

I am not able to take a video unfortunately. I have tried however, she goes into such a flopping matter once I try to stand her up it becomes dangerous.

I have read that article a few times. Honestly, it does unfortunately. I was hoping that it could possibly be something else that I maybe missing.

It very well could be something else it just was what popped into my head especially with your last comment on symptoms.

I also don't want to put my chickens at risk. I would be devastated.

So I did even more research. I think it could possibly be vitaminB1/thiamin deficiency. Because cheese (her name) acts like she has no control in what she is doing. She start flopping around like a fish out of no where.
