Unless you have some lab equipment, and some knowledge regarding common diagnostic tests in birds, you'll have to treat on an elimination basis.
You may try starting her on thiamine (B1), and vitamin E, since deficiencies in both of those vitamins can cause similar problems. For the vitamin E, give her one human soft gel 400iu tablet a day, for vitamin B, get some Cattle B complex, and give her 1ml a day, orally, or over treats.
In addition to that, you'll want to provide her with some supportive care. That would include, keeping her in a soft padded, stressful free area, with feed and water provided. Unless she had good control of her neck, do not provide her with deep water bowels without supervision, as she may aspirate on the fluids, or drown.
